Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Twin Cities PPC website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Services

Twin Cities PPC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to PPC management, landing page design, website development, social media advertising, and search engine optimization. Specific service terms are outlined in individual client agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Twin Cities PPC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Client Work

Upon full payment, clients own all custom work product created specifically for them, including landing pages, ad copy, and website designs. We retain the right to showcase anonymized results and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Twin Cities PPCprovides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from digital marketing campaigns. Results vary based on market conditions, competition, budget, and other factors outside our control.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, management fees are billed monthly and ad spend is managed through client-owned advertising accounts.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, we will provide access to all accounts and assets.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
